Tyler Anthony serves as General Counsel for Botanical Sciences, where he leverages his decade-long legal career to navigate the intricacies of the regulated cannabis industry. His expertise traces back to 2013, when he was Legal Counsel and Senior Policy Advisor for the Illinois Medical Cannabis Pilot Program. Tyler’s impact extends nationally, as he’s consulted with various state governments to shape their cannabis licensing frameworks.
